  • For urgent matters that impact service delivery: Have you reported the issue in accordance with the internal communciation protocol?

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Aerotech personnel are not permitted to communicate directly with the client regarding aircraft serviceability without explict prior approval. 

    Once the aircraft has returned to serviceable status, the pilot must advise the Aerotech Duty Officer/ Heli Ops Manager who will in turn communicate with the client. 

    When the above process is complete, the pilot is then required to complete this Contracted Aircraft - Offline Maintenance Report.
